We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage, analyze, and transform data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.Role OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting reports and dashboards to support management.Key Responsibilities* Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources* Design and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and views* Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports* Analyze trends and provide actionable insights* Coordinate with departments to ensure data integrity* Identify and resolve discrepancies* Automate repetitive reporting tasks* Support ad hoc data requestsRequirements* Graduate (, BMS, BBA preferred)* 2–6 years of experience in MIS or data reporting* Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)* Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Good communication skills and ownership mindsetWhat We Offer* Opportunity to work with a growing Art-Tech startup* Collaborative work environment* Exposure to cross-functional teams* Learning and growth opportunities
