Job Description:
GoHighLevel Specialist Key Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Coordination (30%) •Serve as the primary technical point of contact during client onboarding within GoHighLevel. •Guide clients through account setup, workflow configuration, email templates, tagging, and CSV file preparation — clearly explaining each step. •Proactively identify client-side gaps or misconfigurations and propose corrective solutions without waiting for direction. •Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the onboarding process. •Document onboarding steps, configurations, and client-specific workflows for internal records. 2. GoHighLevel Funnel & System Setup •Build and manage landing pages using GHL's drag-and-drop builder. •Create and optimize funnels, multi-step workflows, and conversion paths. •Set up and test forms, surveys, calendars, and pop-ups. •Implement pipeline stages and CRM configurations for different campaigns or offers. 3. Automation & Workflow Management •Build complex automation workflows including triggers, actions, tags, and conditional logic. •Integrate email/SMS sequences provided by the marketing team (no writing required). •Ensure proper routing, lead assignment, and follow-up automations. •Implement lead nurturing systems and automated reminders. 4. CRM, Integrations & Technical Ops •Manage contacts, segments, tags, and custom fields in GHL CRM. •Connect GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, calendars, Stripe, email service providers, etc.). •Troubleshoot system issues, data syncing, and broken automations independently. •Monitor funnel functionality and ensure error-free execution. 5. Reporting & Optimization •Track funnel metrics and conversion performance within GHL analytics. •Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve workflow efficiency. •A/B test landing pages or funnel steps (design changes provided if needed). •Maintain thorough documentation for all workflows, funnels, and internal processes. Qualifications •2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel •Demonstrated ability to set up new GHL accounts from scratch and manage full client onboarding. •Strong CRM logic, tagging, segmentation, and pipeline management skills. •Experience with Zapier, API/webhooks, and third-party integrations. •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues independently — no hand-holding. •Exceptional critical thinking skills; can assess a situation, identify what's missing, and propose solutions proactively. •Strong client-facing communication skills; comfortable guiding non-technical users through technical processes. •High attention to detail with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. •Comfortable working asynchronously and collaboratively with digital marketers, designers, and copywriters.US shiftSalary- 30-35k (4 hours)
