Tekla Modeler- PrecastJob Location- PuneQualification- Diploma/BE/B.Tech(Civil)Experience- 2-8 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Tekla Modeler to create accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for structural steel and/or concrete projects using Tekla Structures. The role involves close coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with project specifications and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed 3D models for structural steel / precast / rebar using Tekla.Generate GA drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and reports from the model.Interpret structural and architectural drawings.Ensure models comply with project specifications and international standards.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for clash detection and design coordination.Perform model checks for accuracy, constructability, and completeness.Maintain model revisions and updates as per project changes.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2–10+ years of experience in Tekla modeling (based on role level).Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (steel / precast / rebar modules).Good understanding of structural drawings and detailing standards.Knowledge of fabrication and erection processes.Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination tools.Basic understanding of software like:Preferred SkillsExperience working on international projects (Japan, US, Europe, etc.).Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards.Ability to create custom components and templates in Tekla.Exposure to clash detection and coordination workflows.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under deadlines.Team-oriented mindset.
