About the Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in the BFSI Industry (highly recommended insurance Domain) to lead and deliver various intelligent automation services like RPA, Process Mining, Task Mining, Document Extraction, IDP, Workflow, AI/ML, Other AI Technologies Conversational AI, LLMs, Gen AI, BI/Analytics.About the Role: The candidate needs to have a strong background in the above-mentioned technologies, services and their utilization, with hands-on experience. This role requires driving end-to-end program management with many mission critical Operations projects, team Management, stakeholder management/alignment, vendor management, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various automation initiatives within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget and delivering the stated objective.Lead and manage various Intelligent Automation, AI, and workflow application projects from concept initiation to closure.Work with various business units, Process Excellence teams, QA/Audit teams to identify automation opportunities, validate the objectives and take it ahead.Create delivery plans, including scope, schedule, and budget and manage benefits on the automated processes like HC savings, error reduction, gaining efficiency etc.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables and monitor progress.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.Manage cross-functional project teams in a global environment.Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and plan accordingly so that projects get delivered on time.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management including benefits tracking and reporting.Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates.Manage and oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution while managing, monitoring and overseeing vendor relationships, performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality services, aligning with compliance with contractual obligations.Ensure adherence to organizational governance, security standards, and industry regulations.Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor services meet organizational needs.Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts and performance metrics.Able to work on both Waterfall and Agile Project methodologies.Experience in Microsoft Technologies like Power Platform preferably Power Automate and Power Automate would be an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field. Certification on Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage.PMP, Agile certification good to have.Required Skills:Minimum of 18 to 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with at least 8-10 years of Program Management experience.Good experience 8 to 10 years’ experience in Program Management/GreenfieldProjects.Good understanding of insurance business and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge in project management software; Planview and Jira or ADOpreferred.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be a very good teamplayer.Ability to analyze vendor performance and make data-driven decisions.
