MEP Manager

Objective of the Role: Oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, focusing on design implementation, installation, and commissioning during construction or renovation. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety/building codes, managing vendor contracts, and optimizing energy consumption for operational efficiency. Location: Thane- Near Ghodbundar roadOpening is for SEA N ROCK HOTELOnly Mumbai candidates are preferred.Role & Responsibilities:Oversee MEP design, installation, and testing from inception to handover.Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.Develops a long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection and overseeing execution of plan.Conducts guest room and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfaction.Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.Selects and orders or purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.Ensure all systems meet local authority regulations, fire safety standards, and brand requirements.Develop preventative maintenance plans for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, managing bids and contracts. Monitor expenses, conduct rate analysis, and handle billing.Qualification & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in hotel construction or hospitality project management.Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and power distribution systems.
