Designation: Process TrainerShift: USShift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM ISTLocation: VadodaraWebsite: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on processes, systems, and customer service & staffing, standards for both new hires and existing employees.Create and maintain comprehensive training materials such as guides, manuals, and eLearningcontent, focus on TNI and TNA.Conduct regular audits to assess the quality, compliance, and accuracy.Identify performance gaps and provide constructive training solutions.Analyze audit results to track performance trends and recommend necessary adjustments toprocesses.Work with department heads to identify training gaps and improve training programs based onaudit results, feedback, and performance data.Suggest and implement improvements to operational processes, focusing on both quality andefficiency.Conduct NHT and refresher training and assist in skill development to ensure continuousimprovement in team performance.Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, audits, and performance metrics.Generate reports on training outcomes, audit findings, and areas for improvement, sharing themwith senior management.Stay updated on industry best practices, new tools, and training methodologies to keep trainingprograms relevant and effective.Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance training skills and knowledge.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in designing and delivering training programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
