Your role is crucial in maintaining batch quality, operational efficiency, and overall student satisfaction.If you are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, this role is ideal for you.Key Responsibilities1. Content Uploading & ManagementCross-check and upload content including:Lecture videosClass notesDPPsTest papersEnsure all content is uploaded accurately and on time.Verify content quality and completeness before publishing.2. Tracker & Reporting ManagementMaintain and regularly update operational trackers.Monitor daily batch health reports.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of batch activities.3. Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with the Central Team, BH, CH, and other stakeholders.Escalate and help resolve operational issues on a daily basis.Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of assigned batches.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Strong organizational and communication skills.Technical proficiency in classroom tools and software.Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector preferred.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
