For more information, visit .Role: PAM Delinea SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced PAM Delinea Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), with a strong focus on migrating on-premise Delinea solutions to cloud environments.Location: India (Remote)Employment type: Contract or Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end migration of on-premise Delinea PAM solutions to cloud platformsArchitect, design, and implement secure Delinea cloud deploymentsAssess existing PAM infrastructure and define migration strategy, roadmap, and best practicesConfigure and manage Delinea components including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and related modulesIntegrate Delinea with enterprise systems (AD, Azure AD, LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, etc.)Perform security hardening, compliance alignment, and audit readiness activitiesTroubleshoot complex PAM issues and provide L2 and L3 supportDevelop documentation, migration runbooks, and knowledge transfer materialsRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Privileged Access Management5+ years of hands-on experience with Delinea (formerly Thycotic/Centrify)Proven experience migrating on-prem Delinea to cloud environmentsStrong understanding of PAM architecture, RBAC, password vaulting, session managementExperience with Azure/AWS cloud platformsKnowledge of AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, LDAP, and identity governanceStrong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDelinea Certification (Secret Server / Privilege Manager) – highly preferredPAM certifications – strongly preferredExperience in regulated environments (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, ISO)Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead large-scale cloud PAM transformation programsWork with enterprise security architecture teamsCompetitive compensation and career growth opportunities
