To prepare P & I diagram for project order as per requirement of the order & take approval from customer / consultant.Prepare instrument specifications based on technical specifications & coordinate with contracts for their approval from customer/ consultantMake BOM for electrical parts – Chose suppliers for electrical equipment based on quality and costMake instructions for assembly and testing – Make programming files for PLC or of different equipmentCoordination with proposal team for selection/calculation of machines / accessories/ instruments during preparation of proposalsHandling of customer technical specifications and translating these into machine requirements.Whenever required be part of technical meetings with sales company or inspectors Continuous learning in field of product knowledge and Perform other duties as required from time to time by his immediate superiorEducation :- B.E(Electrical/Electronic/)Experience – 2-4yrsExperience in preparations of BOQ for PCC, MCC, VCB,,ACB, AC VFD / SOFT STARTER, Battery Charger 110/220V DC,- 24/48 V, Bus Duct, Circuit Breaker, Cathodic Protection system, EOT Crane, Fire Gas System, Electrical Heater, Hoists, Electrical Heat Tracing, LT Motor, HT Motor, DC Motor, MOV Motor, Pressurization System, HT Switchboard, LT Switchboard, ACDB / DCDB, Transformer, Battery Bank, Earthing Installations, DG Set, PA System, AC UPS – 230V, Electrical Welding M/C etc.
