We are expanding our network of freelance linguists and agencies, and we invite agencies with teams experienced in Indic languages to collaborate with us on English (US) into Indic languages Clinical Research Protocol (CRP) translation and proofreading projects.We are specifically seeking agencies with linguists for the following language pairs:English (US) > Bengali (India) [bn-IN]English (US) > Hindi (India) [hi-IN]English (US) > Odia (or-IN)English (US) > Telugu (te-IN)English (US) > Tamil (ta-IN)English (US) > Marathi (mr-IN)English (US) > Kannada (kn-IN)English (US) > Assamese (as-IN)English (US) > Malayalam (ml-IN)Specialization: Life Sciences | Clinical Research Protocol (CRP) and clinical/medical documentationRequired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English (US) and the target Indic language(s).Demonstrated experience in translating or proofreading Clinical Research Protocols or related clinical/medical documents.Strong attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule while upholding professionalism.Minimum Requirements (must meet ONE of the following for agency’s linguists):A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or an equivalent with substantial translation training.2+ years of translation experience plus a college degree.5+ years of professional translation experience (degree not required).A certificate of competence in translation issued by a recognized government body.Additional Requirements:Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.Successful completion of skill evaluation tests.Completion of onboarding modules before starting projects.CV/Company Profile Requirements:Please include in your submission:a) Relevant experience in Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading, specifically for clinical/medical content, for each language pair offered.b) Your proposed best rates:Translation & MTPE: Per source word (USD)Proofreading: Hourly rate (USD)Are you ready to help make vital clinical information accessible in Indic languages?
