The HR Executive will manage daily human resources operations, implement HR policies, and provide support to employees in alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, overseeing HR management processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. The role also involves resolving workforce-related concerns, facilitating onboarding, and optimizing HR strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR OperationsStrong background in Employee Relations and HR PoliciesProficient understanding of organizational HR functions and complianceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFamiliarity with HR software tools and platforms is a plusRelevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous
