RFX Specialist

Role Objective:We’re looking for a RFX Specialist to guide buyers in validating RFx documents, evaluating supplier proposals, and unlocking the full value of an autonomous negotiation platform. This role is perfect for someone who understands the sourcing process, enjoys working with pricing data, and thrives at the intersection of procurement and technology.Key Responsibilities:Deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to design RFx events that align with aggregated pricing models.Consolidate and analyze supplier proposals, focusing on price aggregation and comparative evaluation.Advise on lot structuring and allocation strategies within the platform.Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance buyer experience.Requirements:Proficiency in MS Excel and quantitative analysis/modelling, ideally with a focus on enabling effective comparison and aggregation of B2B RFx pricing data.Experience with RFx modules in one or more sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.Strong understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows.Experience running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes.Skilled in reviewing and aggregating supplier pricing and proposal data.Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What Success Looks Like in This Role:Buyers transition confidently from line-item to aggregated pricing negotiations.Supplier offers are evaluated holistically, resulting in optimized total cost outcomes.Leveraging latest AI solutions to semi- or fully automate existing processes in achieving all of the above.
