Job Description: Visa Processing Executive / Specialist (Europe)Location: Airoli, MumbaiExperience Required: Minimum 3 years in end-to-end visa processingEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are urgently hiring an experienced Visa Processing Executive to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. The role requires strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end visa application processes for European regions (business, work, tourist, dependent, student visas). - Collect, verify, and prepare required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines. - Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists. - Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions. - Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling. - Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies. - Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. - Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections. - Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively. - Support internal HR/mobility teams with visa-related queries.Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries. - Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation. - Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines. - Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.Preferred Background- Experience working in immigration firms, recruitment agencies, or corporate mobility teams. - Familiarity with VFS processes and handling multiple country requirements simultaneously.
