PurposeObjective is to handle/submit US service contracts, Validation of TLI , Quoting Guideline rates, create F2F SQ and integration of service contract into LARA system as per agreed timeline and accuracyKey Responsibilities:• To follow relevant SOP procedures for Service Contract New Proposal creation, Amendment, TLI validation, Guideline Quoting, F2F SQ creation and Contract Upload as per agreed procedure• Responsible for reverting the New Proposal/Amendment/TLI request received on the agreed TAT• Prepare Accurate error free contract as per the instruction received• Achieved individual & Team SLA and TAT targets.• Do regular follow-up with trades and agencies for any RFI raised and make the pending cleared from the pending tray.• Need to share the new learning and also document the same as reference material for future use.• To develop good working relation within the team members and should work as a team.• To cross trained and should be flexible to learn new process within the teamIDEAL CANDIDATEQualification: 1. Graduate from any stream.Experience: 1-4 years of experience in service contracts or commercial Shipping willing to work in ShiftsCertifications (if any): Basic MS office Certification and/or advance excel knowledge (Preferred).Knowledge (Domain and IT):• Shipping Commercials, General awareness about ocean freight and surcharges FMC etc.• Good knowledge of Geography• General Awareness about trade • Adept in the use of MS Office products
