Job Description: Program AdvisorOverviewThe Program Advisor is a critical, front-facing role responsible for driving enrollment and serving as the primary bridge between prospective students/parents and the HOAG educational philosophy. You will not simply sell a program; you will consult with high-achieving families to position the HOAG Summer School and other programs as a transformative, career-defining step for their child's future leadership trajectory. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep belief in experiential learning, and the ability to articulate the value of an "Ivy-Grade" education.Reports To: Head of Admissions & OutreachLocation:  Location: RemoteAbout HOAGHOAG (HOAGSTERS LLP) is defining the future of education for young leaders aged 11-17. Enrollment and Revenue GenerationConsultative Sales: Manage the entire enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry (lead) through to final registration, maintaining a target-driven approach.Value Articulation: Clearly and compellingly articulate HOAG’s unique selling proposition, differentiating the program from traditional tutoring or casual summer camps, emphasizing the long-term return on investment in a child’s leadership capital.Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups with high-potential leads.2. Parent and Student CounselingNeeds Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls with parents and students to understand the student's career aspirations, learning gaps, and personal development goals.Personalized Recommendation: Advise parents on the optimal HOAG program track (e.g., Leadership Lab, Summer School) that aligns with the student’s profile and needs.Objection Handling: Confidently address parent queries regarding program structure, curriculum methodology (experiential learning), and the prestige of the HOAG brand.3. Outreach and Event SupportRepresent HOAG at promotional webinars, educational fairs, and exclusive partner eventsConduct engaging information sessions for small groups of prospective parents, both online and in-person.4. Continuous Feedback and ImprovementCollect and analyze qualitative feedback from parents regarding program interest, pricing sensitivity, and competitive offerings to inform marketing and product strategy.Qualifications and RequirementsRequired ExperienceMinimum 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counseling, or high-value educational consulting.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious enrollment targets.Familiarity with the Indian K-12 and higher education ecosystem, particularly trends in non-traditional and competitive admissions.Key Skills & CompetenciesExceptional Communication: Fluent, polished, and persuasive verbal and written communication in English.
