Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex IT enterprise projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact technology initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring business alignment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of IT enterprise projects from initiation to delivery. Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams — product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders. Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership and clients. Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and budgetary constraints. Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus). 5+ years of experience managing IT enterprise projects in an Agile environment. Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project). Experience coordinating with large, cross-functional teams across geographies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps culture, and enterprise technology landscapes. Preferred Experience Background in Banking, BFSI, or FinTech projects. Exposure to emerging technologies such as APIs, microservices, Blockchain, or AI/ML. Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-native enterprise products.
