Job Description: Corporate Relations Manager HR- Corporate Relations: New Client Acquisition, Interacting and meeting with prospective clients, those who are looking for various IT and Non-IT manpower resources through Train & Hire model or under Staffing norms. Screening and sharing relevant profiles with the clients & collecting their feedback. Training: Interview Training Sessions, Orientation Programs, Resume Building, Mock Interviews, MIS Reports. Supporting stakeholders by providing the best placement opportunities to their candidates, MIS Reports. Placement : Placed candidates in more than 100+ corporates, which includes both IT & NON-IT companies from Mid-level, Start-ups, DQ companies including MNC Events to Conduct: On-Campus & Off-Campus Drives, Job Fairs, Alumni Meets, Recruiter Meet, Participating in Industry Expo. Feedback : Collecting Feedbacks, Reviews and Referrals from the students. Organizational Policies : Monitoring and implementation of organizational policies and handling relevant grievances if any with a positive and unbiased approach.
