Reflective Customer Solutions (RCS) is a specialized outsourcing partner supporting Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) across Canada. We handle back-office operations, Sales, Marketing and client support for federally regulated debt relief programs. Our work directly impacts Canadians struggling with financial distress, helping them legally reduce debt through government-approved solutions. Shift:  7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Fixed Shift, Canada Process) Employment: Full-time, Permanent We are expanding and hiring  Client Counsellors  to join our growing team. This role is about  guiding and supporting clients, not selling . You will work exclusively with Canadian clients who reach us through inbound sources such as social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns. From the very first outgoing call, you’ll listen, explain programs clearly, and ensure every client feels supported. No cold calling. Key ResponsibilitiesCall and speak to clients who reach us through website inquiries. Listen carefully to their financial concerns and explain available programs. Build trust with honest, simple, and clear communication. Guide clients step by step through the first stage of their journey. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Keep CRM records updated and follow up on time. Work with internal administrators to ensure smooth application processing. What We ExpectMinimum qualification: HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred. Strong spoken English (neutral accent preferred) Previous sales, BPO, or customer support experience is a plus Confidence to handle objections and keep conversations positive Residing in or near Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby suburbs.
