Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Program Manager with a strong background in strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a proven ability to lead complex programs in a high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives business outcomes, and has a passion for building scalable systems and processes. Note: This role is open only to candidates from top-tier institutes (IIT/IIM). Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Ownership: Lead high-impact programs that cut across multiple departments including Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Technology. Project Planning & Governance: Define clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Establish robust governance frameworks to track program health. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with CXOs, vertical heads, and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and drive decision-making. Process Design & Optimization: Build scalable and repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to guide project direction, identify risks, and propose data-backed solutions. Agile Execution: Use agile methodologies to manage program cycles, prioritize deliverables, and ensure on-time, high-quality output. Qualifications Education: B.Tech from IIT and/or MBA from IIM (mandatory) Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Business Strategy, Consulting, or Operations in a fast-paced environment (D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, or Startups preferred).
