Consultants receive a monthly retainer of ₹1.5L–₹4L depending on experience and portfolio size, plus a 20–25% commission on recoveries and engagements closed, with an additional 3% bundle bonus for multi-product mandates and custom bonuses for major exporter relationships. Consultants who build an active exporter portfolio can significantly outperform traditional advisory compensation.
