Join us if you want to build the future of global finance.What you'll do:Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department includingCash receipts & paymentsRevenue recognition & accountingGeneral ledgerPayroll & utilitiesExpense planning and managementBudget preparation & variance analysisAssets reconciliationMonitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet and cash flows)Treasury operations, including over weekendsEstablish and enforce proper expense policies and principlesCoordinate and complete annual auditsEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsEnsure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering the company’s business growthSupport CEO and CFO in fund raising activities, as requiredRequired Experience:Over 5 years’ experience as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller or treasury manager.CMA Qualification required. or MBA Finance.Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.In depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to payment operations as well as expertise in digital payment processing.Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors).Willingness to work in an early-stage company.Financial services / payments industry background preferred.Must be an “Owner & Entrepreneur” in the highest degree in the deployment of Company resources.
