Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:The Assistant General Manager/ General Manager will be overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and achievement of business goals. The AGM/GM will lead multiple departments, maintain service standards, and ensure profitability while fostering a positive work environment.Only MUMBAI- THANE candidates are preferred.The Opening is for Sea N Rock hotel & for upcoming project.Key Responsibilities:Managing overall resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, sales, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards and promptly addressing guest concerns.Supervise and guide department heads to achieve operational and financial targets.Monitor daily operations, occupancy, and revenue performance.Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.Handle guest complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.Experience in luxury or resort properties preferred.
