Job Title - Senior Project Controls & Commercial ManagerDepartment Operations - ProjectsReports To - Head of Projects / Chief Operating OfficerEmployment Type - Full-Time, RemoteLocation - Remote; projects primarily outside KenyaERP System - Info-SuiteExperience Required - 10 – 15 Years in Infrastructure Project ControlsTravel - Virtual site engagement via digital tools; no mandatory in-person travelQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEssential• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.• 10 – 15 years of progressive experience in project controls and/or commercial management on large-scale power infrastructure projects that are multi-disciplinary ie. Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation and Mechanical.• Demonstrated experience working on cross-border African projects — particularly in East andSouthern Africa.• Hands-on experience with Info-Suite ERP or comparable construction ERP platforms (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, Oracle Projects, JD Edwards).• Strong command of earned value management, cost-to-complete forecasting, and progressmeasurement techniques.• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, managing multiple projectssimultaneously.• Experience interfacing with tax advisors and finance teams on in-country tax compliance and fund repatriation.
