This is a capital allocation partnership — you bring the strategy, we bring the capital.What You'll Do• Deploy and manage your own systematic strategy on firm-allocated capital• Operate within predefined drawdown limits, position sizing rules, and exposure caps• Report PnL and risk metrics at agreed intervals• Continuously refine and improve your systems — we back evolution, not stagnationYou retain full intellectual property ownership and complete execution autonomy within the agreed risk framework.CompensationFlexible — choose the model that works for you:• Profit-sharing (no fixed cost to you)• Fixed-return on allocated capital• Hybrid arrangements for the right profileAll terms — capital quantum, drawdown limits, payout frequency, exit clauses — defined upfront before a single rupee is deployed.Requirements• 4+ years of active trading experience in Indian markets (F&O preferred)• Systematic, rules-based approach — fully automated or semi-systematic with documented entry/exit/sizing logic• 12+ months live track record with auditable PnL (broker ledger or equivalent)• Strong understanding of risk management, position sizing, and drawdown discipline
