Associate Director – Commercial Finance Experience: 8–12 yearsLocation: Mumbai Role Summary: Partner with business and client leadership to drive commercial strategy, financial governance, and profitability across accounts. Lead budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and revenue management while supporting new business and growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Act as finance business partner to client and agency leadershipOwn commercials, SOWs, contracts, and fee negotiationsDrive revenue recognition, margin management, and profitability trackingLead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviewsSupport new business pitches with pricing and commercial modelsEnsure compliance with internal controls, audits, and Groupe policiesSkills & Experience:Strong understanding of media agency commercials and finance operationsProven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, and stakeholder managementCA / MBA Finance / ICWA preferredAgency / advertising / professional services background preferred
