With advanced IVF technology, expert medical professionals, and patient-centric care, Progenesis has established multiple centers across India and continues to grow rapidly.We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Facility Management to oversee the overall facility operations, infrastructure maintenance, vendor management, and safety compliance across corporate offices and hospital centers.Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Facility Management will be responsible for managing daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hospital infrastructure, equipment maintenance, housekeeping services, security management, and vendor coordination.The role requires strong experience in hospital facility management, including infrastructure maintenance, biomedical coordination, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and regulatory compliance.The candidate must ensure that all facilities operate efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and patient comfort.Key Responsibilities1. Facility Operations Management• Manage and oversee daily facility operations across corporate office and hospital centers. • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. • Maintain hospital infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations. • Monitor facility performance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. • Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.2. Infrastructure Maintenance• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for:Electrical systemsHVAC systemsPlumbing systemsFire safety systemsMedical gas pipelinesElevators and building equipment• Coordinate with engineering teams for repairs and upgrades. • Ensure minimal downtime for hospital operations.3. Vendor & Contractor Management• Identify, onboard, and manage facility vendors and contractors. • Supervise vendors for services such as:HousekeepingSecurityPest controlElectrical maintenancePlumbing servicesHVAC maintenance• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements. • Monitor vendor performance and service quality.4. Housekeeping & Hygiene Management• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across hospital premises. • Supervise housekeeping teams and ensure adherence to hospital sanitation protocols. • Monitor waste management and biomedical waste disposal as per regulatory standards. • Ensure infection control guidelines are followed.5. Security Management• Manage security services for hospital and corporate premises. • Ensure safety of patients, staff, and visitors. • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems. • Implement security protocols and access control measures.6. Safety & Compliance• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety regulations and building standards. • Maintain and monitor fire safety equipment and emergency response systems. • Conduct fire drills and safety training for staff. • Ensure adherence to local regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.7. Space Management & Infrastructure Planning• Manage office and hospital space allocation efficiently. • Plan facility layout improvements to optimize space utilization. • Support new hospital center setups and infrastructure expansion projects.8. Energy & Utility Management• Monitor and manage utilities including:ElectricityWater supplyGenerator systemsUPS systems• Implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs.9. Asset & Equipment Management• Maintain records of facility assets and infrastructure equipment. • Coordinate with biomedical teams for maintenance of medical equipment. • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.10.
