We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Finance Manager with strong accounting fundamentals, statutory compliance expertise, and commanding leadership abilities to drive financial operations efficiently.Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai - MumbaiShift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ISTExperience: 10+ YearsKey Responsibilities - Financial OperationsOversee and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and ledger scrutinyMaintain strong control over general ledger and accounting entriesDrive month-end and year-end closing activitiesCompliance & TaxationIndependently handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliationsManage TDS compliance including deduction, payment, return filing (24Q, 26Q) and reconciliation with Form 26ASCoordinate with auditors and manage statutory, tax, and internal auditsHandle compliance notices and regulatory queries if requiredFinancial Reporting & FinalizationPrepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow StatementEnsure accuracy and timely reporting of financial statementsProvide audit schedules and support during financial auditsBudgeting & ForecastingLead annual budgeting processPrepare financial forecasts and variance analysis (Budget vs Actual)Provide strategic financial insights to leadershipMIS & AnalyticsPrepare and present MIS reports for managementAdvanced Excel usage (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial analysis tools)Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor the finance teamEstablish financial controls and process improvementsEnsure timely vendor payments and collections oversightDrive accountability and operational efficiencyIdeal ProfileInter CA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong hands-on exposure to finalization of accountsDeep understanding of GST & TDS complianceExperience managing a finance teamStrong analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiencyAbility to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
