The Senior Executive-QC will be responsible for overseeing and performing quality inspections, testing processes, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Day-to-day tasks include monitoring quality standards, conducting audits, identifying and resolving quality issues, and documenting quality control processes. The Specialist will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality benchmarks.Qualifications5+ Year Experience in Quality Control in Fragrance Industry Hands On Experience in GC-FID, RI Meter, Density Meter and Other QC Equipment's. Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure accurate identification and resolution of any product-related issuesStrong Sensory and Evaluation SkillsProficiency in Quality Management and experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) complianceSkills in Quality Auditing to effectively conduct periodic internal and external audits for maintaining standardsAttention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvementExcellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to create and manage quality reportsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or fragrance industry is advantageous
