Operations & Data Analyst

RivetStays is a Toronto-based premium short- and mid-term rental operator. We run a data-driven hospitality business and are building internal systems that scale.We’re hiring an Operations & Data Analyst to handle a wide range of internal operational, business, and data tasks — from ad-hoc ops work and data cleanup, to writing SQL and maintaining dashboards in Metabase / Looker Studio.This is a generalist execution role with a strong analytics component. Work is internal (not customer-facing) and varies week to week.What You’ll DoYou will own a mix of operational and analytical work, including:• Execute ad-hoc internal operational and business tasks (updating documents, filling forms, maintaining logs, moving data between systems)• Clean, format, and maintain data in Google Sheets• Scrub and standardize operational data (addresses, listings, bookings, records)• Reconcile data across multiple tools and sources• Write SQL queries to answer internal business questions• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase and / or Looker Studio• Produce weekly and monthly summaries and KPI views• Document assumptions, edge cases, and work completed clearlyOperational and business tasks take priority; analytics and dashboarding build on top of that work.What We’re Looking ForRequiredStrong attention to detailSolid problem-solving and critical thinkingComfort handling a wide variety of tasksStrong Google Sheets skillsAbility to write basic to intermediate SQLExperience building dashboards in Metabase, Looker Studio, or similarClear written communicationReliable and execution-focusedNice to HaveExposure to automation or scriptingPrior experience in operations, analytics, or data support rolesCompensation & LocationRemote~$500–900/month depending on experienceOpportunity to take on more responsibility over time
