This position requires technical expertise in process equipment, knowledge of global markets, and strong leadership skills. An interest in chemistry or chemical engineering is beneficial. The candidate will focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and international expansion by leveraging Amar’s engineering strengths into global opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive global business strategy to achieve growth and market penetration across key geographies. Manage, guide, and execute activities across key departments:International & Domestic Sales & MarketingDigital Marketing & BrandingIdentify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and channels to expand our global footprint. Lead the end-to-end sales, marketing, and customer engagement process with a strong technical consultative approach. Lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team.
