Greetings from TCS!!!TCS Thane Mumbai hiring for Operation Calendar Back Up Team Lead !!!!!Role: Operation Calendar Back Up Team LeadExperience required: 10 to 12 yearsLocation:- Thane MumbaiMUST HAVE:-- Advance MS Office with strong hold on MS Excel - Strong Communication Skill - Independent decision Making. - Good Email writing skills - Analytics and eye for detail - Conflict Management - Risk analysis - Decision-maker - Problem-solver - Adaptability - Maintaining Quality StandardsRequired skills and qualifications:-- Planning of all online LBA, RPA, IBA and offline assessment’s. - Communicate with PAN India Sales/ Account Manager’s for planning of various assessments. - Communicate with all stake holder’s with regards to planning and execution of LBA/ RPA assessments - Overlooking future planning along with meeting and exceeding the targets. - Follow check list process and mapping of required teams while creation assessments in tool. - Create assessment id’s in the tool - Prepare weekly and fortnightly Exam Schedule . - Interacting with all stake holder’s with respect to planning of future exams and exam schedule preparation. - Daily publishing of Operation Calendar with all the stake holder’s as per process. - Publishing of RPA exam schedule with required stake holder’s. - Publishing of weekly exam schedule with all the stake holder’s. - Follow up with VBT team and operation team for planning of future exams.
