We simplify sourcing, streamline communication, and support cross-border trade through data, insights, and technology.Role Summary:This role is ideal for someone who can manage a mix of operations, user onboarding, research, and platform support. You will work closely with the internal team to grow the platform’s global user base and ensure a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers.Key Responsibility:User Growth & Outreach:Reach out to global buyers and sellers via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.Pitch Agrify.ai and convert interested leads into platform users.Draft clear outreach messages and maintain consistent follow-ups.Onboarding & Support:Guide new users through sign-up, navigation, and platform usage.Conduct simple platform demos and answer basic product queries.Maintain relationships with active users and support them as needed.Research & Data:Conduct market and competitor research across products and regions.Extract, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making.Maintain organised trackers and ensure timely updates.Product & Communication:Share structured product feedback collected from users.Communicate professionally with global clients in strong written and spoken English.Handle multiple tasks across outreach, coordination, and user support.What We’re Looking For:Excellent English communication skills clear, confident, and professional.Someone who is articulate and can hold smooth conversations with global clients without breaking a sweat.Writes crisp LinkedIn and email messages that people would actually want to read.Ability to pitch the platform confidently and handle basic product queries.Organised, proactive, and able to follow up consistently
