The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, manage ongoing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution across social media, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, media planning, and digital content.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. - Understand client requirements, goals, and KPIs, and translate them into actionable briefs. - Coordinate with strategy, creative, production, social media, and paid media teams for campaign execution. - Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and account growth. - Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and performance reviews. - Monitor industry trends and proactively suggest content ideas, formats, and digital opportunities. - Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content calendars, influencer deliverables, and client communication. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. - Track progress and approvals through defined workflows, platforms, and tools. - Identify upsell and cross-sell and get new business on board.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising, business, or related field - Prior agency experience is strongly preferredWhy Join Us:- Be part of a growing digital powerhouse redefining the entertainment ecosystem. - Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and passionate team in a creative environment.Candidates preferred from Thane or Mulund.
