Experience:- 12-18 YearsRole & Responsibilities:-- Leading Corporate Wellness & OPD as National head - Leading a team across regions to drive targets and scaling BU - Leading a team of Regional Managers, Account Managers for Corporate Broking - Strong rapport with all leading Brokers and their EB team - Achieving planned targets with profitability - Driving partner relationships to achieve planned business goals and revenues - Ideation of new products, anchoring new initiatives - Competition mapping to increase Livlong business share - Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure high quality service delivery - Managing internal & external escalations - Strict adherence to Livlong Code of Conduct
