Executive – Call & Trade (Backend Process)Location: Thane, MaharashtraExperience: 2–5 YearsCTC: Up to ₹5 LPAIndustry: Broking / Financial ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Call & Trade Executive to join our backend operations team in Thane. The ideal candidate will handle client trade execution requests efficiently, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance in all backend broking operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute client orders received via call and ensure timely trade placement on respective exchanges.Coordinate with clients and internal teams for trade confirmations and query resolutions.Maintain accurate trade logs, transaction records, and client interaction details.Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations during all trade activities.Assist in handling escalations and supporting backend trade operations.Work closely with the dealing desk, risk, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Call & Trade / Backend Operations within a broking or financial services firm.Good understanding of equity, derivatives, and exchange operations.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trading environment.NISM certification preferred (Equity / Derivatives).
