The Company has a manufacturing footprint of more than 1 lakh sq m, with the mainstay of product development and R&D being energy-efficiency, coupled with eco-friendly and sustainable productsWhat You’ll Do: Develop and maintain detailedproject plans , timelines, and resource allocations using tools likeMS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, or Jira . Lead and manage cross-functionalNew Product Development (NPD)projects from concept to launch. Ensure adherence toproject management methodologiesand best practices. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular project reviews and stakeholder communication. Support implementation and compliance withISO IMSstandards. Collaborate with product management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success. UtilizePLM systems(Windchill / Teamcenter / Dassault) for product lifecycle tracking and documentation.Your success is grounded in BE / Diploma - Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics with 5-12 years experience Strong knowledge ofProject Management Methodologies . PMP or CAPM certificationismandatory . Proficiency inproject management tools : MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, Jira. Experience withPLM systems : Windchill, Teamcenter, Dassault. Familiarity withISO Integrated Management System (IMS)-ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
