The role also involves supporting leadership in developing strategies to enhance workplace productivity and culture.Qualifications- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding - Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with labor laws - Proficiency in Performance Management, Training, and Development - Familiarity with HR Technology, Systems, and Record Management - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus - Experience in team leadership or roles with managerial responsibilities is advantageous - Ready to travel between centers in Mumbai
