Job Title: Team Lead – Bulk Hiring Location: Thane, Maharashtra Industry: BPO /Staffing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Bulk Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Thane. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters and manage high-volume hiring campaigns across various functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring targets. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Track and improve recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Maintain recruitment dashboards and present hiring reports to management. Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the recruitment team. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring and team handling. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools. Experience in BPO or staffing industries preferred.
