Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seekingdetail-oriented professionalswith hands-on experience incustomer service operations, e-commerce, or operations management . In this role, you will help build workflows, datasets, and simulations that are critical forbenchmarking large language models (LLMs) . Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested againstreal-world business scenarios , validated foraccuracy and compliance , and aligned withcustomer experience standards .What You’ll Do: Recreate operational workflows forcompliance checks(KYC, AML, GDPR, PCI), audits, and internal controls. Validate AI-generated outputs foradministrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logs . Structure datasets that reflectrefund logs, approval workflows, and compliance records . Collaborate with tooling developers tosimulate dashboards and monitoring workflows .Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience inoperations management and compliance workflows(KYC, audits, refunds, documentation, logs). Familiarity with common tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, ERPs like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strongattention to detailand ability to spot issues in AI-generated workflows. Understanding of howoperational datais used to train and evaluate LLMs. Excellent written English for creating training-quality datasets and validating AI responses.Perks of Freelancing with Turing: Remote-first and flexible workenvironment.
