Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join us! As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment. Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws. Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews. Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records. Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation. Identify areas for process improvement and propose and implement HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs. Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities. Expected CTC: INR 3,60,000/- to INR 8,00,000/- (Gross)
