Love Bomb - Hiring: Marketplace & Social Media Growth Manager (Only for Mumbai Thane Candidates) Location:  Thane (India) • Type:  Hybrid • Reports to:  Founders Why this role exists Love Bomb is scaling across Amazon & Flipkart while building a sticky brand on social. We need a owner who can grow revenue and brand love  end-to-end: marketplaces (catalog, PPC, ops) and  social (strategy, content, community, campaigns). What you’ll own (end-to-end) 1) Marketplace Growth (Amazon & Flipkart) P&L & Planning:  Weekly revenue, ACoS/TACoS, ROAS, contribution margin; forecast vs. target; event calendars (AZ Festive/BBD/Pay Day). Ads/PPC:  Structure and scale SP/SB/SD (Amazon) + Flipkart Ads/SmartROI; keyword research, negatives, dayparting, placement/Audience refinement; Amazon Attribution where relevant. Catalog & SEO:  Titles/bullets/A+ (EBC), images/video, backend keywords, variations; category/Browse Node hygiene; Storefront/Brand Page builds and seasonal refresh. Promos & Pricing:  Coupons, Deals (Lightning/Best Value), event bundles, guardrails for margins; competitor mapping & share-of-shelf. Ops & Inventory:  Demand forecasting, FBA/Seller Flex (Amazon) & Flipkart Fulfilment; ASN/inbound SLAs, OOS prevention, claim/reimbursement hygiene, returns/RTO analysis. Compliance & Brand Safety:  Brand Registry, IP/watchlist for unauthorized sellers, imagery/copy compliance, GST/invoice hygiene. 2) Social & Content (Organic + Creator + Paid Support) Strategy & Calendar:  Always-on + campaign cadences (Reels/Shorts/Stories, YT Shorts, FB, LinkedIn as relevant). All leading to driving traffic and sales to the website. Creative & Production:  Scripts, captions, hooks; brief/manage designers/editors/UGC creators; ship thumb-stopping video . Community & ORM:  Build the community, Fast, human replies; surprise-and-delight moments; escalate CX; turn fans into advocates. Performance & Growth:  A/B test hooks, formats, CTAs; UTMs to Amazon/Flipkart; creator collabs; review drives; social x marketplace promo sync. Paid Social Support:  Creative testing loops with Performance team (Meta/YouTube), retargeting assets, learning agendas. 3) Brand Launches & Campaigns Tentpoles:  Festive bursts, thematic campaigns, influencer spikes; align promos on brand stores and PDPs. 4) Analytics, Insight & Automation Dashboards:  Weekly executive view (revenue, TACoS/ACoS, ROAS, CVR, rank, OOS, star rating, returns; social reach/ER/saves, clicks, assisted revenue). Testing Discipline:  Hypothesis → test → learn → scale; document playbooks. Tooling:  Seller Central/Brand Analytics, Flipkart Seller Hub, Helium10/Jungle Scout/DataHawk; Perpetua/Pacvue (nice-to-have); GA4/Looker Studio; Sheets/Excel power-user. What success looks like (KPIs) Revenue ↑ , ACoS ≤ target , ACoS on goal , ROAS ↑ Top-20 keyword ranks ↑ , CVR ↑ , CTR ↑ , OOS , Buy Box >95%  (where relevant) Star rating ≥4.3 , Review velocity ↑ , Return rate ↓ Social:  Reach & saves ↑, ER ≥ benchmark, follower growth QoQ, click-through to marketplaces ↑ , social-assisted revenue ↑ , response time ↓ The kind of teammate we’re after 1–3 years hands-on in Amazon/Flipkart growth and Social/content for a consumer/D2C brand. You can rebuild PPC from scratch and  script/ship a Reel that performs. Design/Video skills (Canva/Adobe/CapCut/Premiere) are a real advantage. Bilingual (English/Hindi) a plus for creator/CS alignment.
