For more information, visit: Position details Job Title: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Finance Department: Finance Reporting to: General Manager – Finance Type of role: Fulltime Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely MIS reports at district, regional, and national levels. • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) for internal and donor reporting. • Manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Maintain hands-on knowledge of financial statements. • Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams (CRM, RDs, RFMs), funders, and auditors. • Handle donor audits • Manage funder reports. • Support month-end and year-end closing processes. • Collate, analyse, and present data to support decision-making. • Undertake other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
