Key Purpose of the job : Responsible for leading and delivering large-scale real estate development projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and efficient resource management. The role requires proven expertise in managing high-rise residential projects, large construction teams, and multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate projects (minimum size of 2 million sq. ft.). Oversee and drive delivery of complex residential projects comprising at least 6 towers. Manage execution of high-rise buildings (40+ storeys), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost parameters. Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution. Directly manage a team of 10–15 reportees, ensuring effective resource allocation, team development, and performance management. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively. Ensure strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and environmental compliance norms. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate/construction project management. Proven track record of handling large-scale projects (2M sq. ft. and above). Extensive experience in high-rise residential construction (40+ storeys). Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-tower projects (6 towers or more). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). Role Type: People Manager
