Teleperformance is looking for a operational performance in RCM who is experienced and ready to join our healthcare team in Mumbai, India. An in-depth knowledge of U.S medical health insurance norms and concepts across a range of medical disciplines characterizes the ideal applicant. It will be your job as a Multi-Specialty Denial Medical to precisely assign the right diagnostic and procedure to maximize payment and adhere to legal regulations. Responsibilities: Should be expert in RCM reimbursement, able to resolve denials and get reimbursement ASAP, ability to explore US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Denial Management AR Calling Denail Management Accounts Receivable Client Coordination Team Management Process Enhancement Team Handling Planning Billing ,Operations Examine and analyse medical records to obtain pertinent data for coding assignment, making sure all documentation is accurate and comprehensive. Ascertain that operations adhere to all relevant standards, laws, and recommendations, such as those issued by the AMA, CMS, and other regulatory organizations. Rotational Shift: Day - 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM and Night - 05.30 PM to 02:30 AM Job Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Working from office only (Immediate joiners preferred).
