Legal Compliance Manager

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Manager – Legal & Compliance to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal advisory and regulatory compliance, particularly in the pharmacy or pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage the company’s legal affairs in accordance with pharmacy laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and corporate legal frameworks Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements Provide legal advice and strategic support to internal departments and external stakeholders on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs Maintain and manage legal records, contracts, and databases Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and communicate necessary updates Ensure all operations comply with pharmacy-related laws and industry standards Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector Strong understanding of pharmacy compliance and regulatory frameworks Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively This role offers a significant opportunity to make an impact in a regulated and evolving industry.
