In addition, our products are being exported to multiple European countries, USA, Latin America, Africa, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia among others.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Chemist specializing in cosmetic ingredients, at our Plant in Kalyan / Ambernath. We currently have 5-6 openings for this position. Responsibilities include conducting experiments at lab and pilot scale, monitoring and recording findings, literature surveys, and formulating new products. The selected candidate will be reporting to our R&D Manager (PhD). The work will be in shifts and accordingly the candidate must be comfortable with working the second and night shifts as well. The role requires candidates willing to join immediately upon being confirmed. The pay scale will be above industry standards.Qualifications Must have a MSc in Organic Chemistry from a reputed institute. Must have an excellent academic record with consistently good grades. Experience of 0-3 years is acceptable. Proficiency in setting up lab equipment and conducting experiments. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be looking to commit to a minimum employment period of 3 years. Prior experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is an advantage. IndustryChemical Manufacturing Employment Type
