Arch/ M ArchExperience: 8 to 12 years has worked in design architect, complex projects, Industrial projects, warehouse, power plant, factories etc.Job Overview: 8 to 12 years’ experience in architectural design of commercial buildings, institutional buildings, airports, and industrial/factory projects. Proven experience in design and build projects.Why Us? Scope of work, Work life balance, Industry exposure & 5 days working.Key responsibilities:interiors of special buildings detailed drawings Well versed will statutory rules and regulations Aware of Greens buildings certification compliancesDevelop architectural designs and plans for industrial buildings.Create concept designs, including landscape and interior design elements.Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of design elements.Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using SketchUp and Revit.Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Present design concepts and plans to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Desired Skills, Competencies :Proficiency in architectural design software such as SketchUp and Revit.Strong understanding of building regulations and sustainability standards (NBC, LEED, IGBC).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Strong project management skills.Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and interns.Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and construction.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
