Sr. Manager - Curriculum Design (Pre-Primary/ECE)

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the creative team and ensure high-quality output • Plan, execute, and monitor projects (scope, timelines, deliverables) • Manage budgets, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously • Identify risks and ensure timely resolution • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updatesSkills & Requirements: • Strong leadership and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines • Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or similarQualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field • 4–7 years of experience in project and team managementPreferred Candidate: •Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered • Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred • Preschool teaching experience is a strong advantage • Understanding of child development and curriculum design is a plus
