Sr. Manager - Curriculum Design

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the creative team and ensure high-quality output• Plan, execute, and monitor projects (scope, timelines, deliverables)• Manage budgets, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updatesSkills & Requirements:• Strong leadership and project management skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines• Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or similarQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in any field• 4–7 years of experience in project and team managementPreferred Candidate:• Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered• Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred• Preschool teaching experience is a strong advantage• Understanding of child development and curriculum design is a plus
