And it is yours if you want it.What you will do -Design social creatives and campaign assets for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube that stop the scroll and tell a storyProduce motion graphics and short-form video content that make complex AI concepts feel human and accessibleOwn all presentation templates, pitch decks, event collateral, and partner-facing materials, the assets that represent BharatGen in boardrooms and government officesBuild and maintain a visual system that keeps every touchpoint consistent, from a LinkedIn post to a conference backdropBrief and push back on campaign ideas with the Social Media Executive and Head of Marketing, you are the creative perspective in the room, not just the executorTranslate technical model launches, research milestones, and partnership announcements into visual narratives that land with diverse audiencesTake ownership of BharatGen's brand evolution over time, working with the Head of Marketing to define what the next chapter of our visual identity looks likeWhat are we looking for -You have 4+ years of experience and a portfolio that shows range, rigour, and a strong point of viewYou are visually obsessive. You notice design everywhere, follow the right people, and have an instinct for what good looks like across industries not just your own workYou are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects. Motion graphics is a real skill you use regularly, not something you did onceYou are AI-native. Your taste and craft lead, and you use AI tools to eliminate the tedious and repetitive so your energy goes toward work that actually requires judgmentYou can translate complex, technical ideas into visuals that are clear, compelling, and beautiful. That is a specific skill and you have itYou are present in the design community, whether on Behance, Dribbble, Are.na, or design X, you are engaged not just observingYou think strategically about design, not just aesthetically. You ask why before you ask howBasic Webflow or WordPress capability is a plusGood to have -You have designed for technically complex or research-heavy organizations where you had to make difficult ideas accessibleYou have experience with or an understanding of design systems, not just one-off assetsYou come from a computer science, engineering, or technical background and made the switch to design, or are enthusiastic about AI, deep tech, open-source, or developer ecosystems.
